Each week, Heather creates and delivers brand new classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced fitness levels. For over 25+ years, HEATHER has kept health & fitness at the forefront. An expert in muscle isolation, controlled movements, special attention to form/posture during exercise and a diverse range of training methods, her unique experience and qualifications have allowed her to develop a fitness method unlike any other. Curating a program that combines a series of 10-minute workouts to get your sweat on with minimal time. Her goal has always been to get you moving and it doesn't have to be an hour long workout. Movement & correct form are the key. Low intensity moves with a combination of pilates, barre and strength exercises combine to create the perfect workout to tone & tighten in less than 10-minutes a day. resistance work is also incorporated using loops and bootybands. Heather has created a system that is efficient, challenging, unique, innovative, and always changing (no matter how many times you take her class!). So expect some fun, a burning booty & results in less than 10-minutes a day. No two classes are ever alike. Arms, ABs, Booty, Stretch, low-cardio, full body , strength training, core and a little barre will provide the full body results you’ve been looking for and time cannot be your excuse! START WITH OUR BEgINNER LEVEL UP PROgRAM
OUR BEGINNER LEVEL UP PROGRAM IS A 32-WEEK PROGRAM. As a VIP Tone Member you will have full access to your online library to all programs offered but
we recommend starting with this program. It's so rewarding!
Each workout can be done in :10 minutes or less. If you feel you are in need of a longer, more challenging workout, you just repeat the series 2-3x to up your game! Your online video catalog is meant to be an easy to choose from "a la carte" design for you to pick & play the option that fits your needs each day. There is a schedule Heather will follow for each new series release as shown below - but if you choose to move them around, that's fine too! You make your own schedule using the library of videos. TIME is so valuable but it's also very important to get in our MOVEMENT to TONE-N-10 daily! Your workout doesn't have to be perfect. We strive to just do better than we did the day before! Turn on your MUSIC and pick your workout! Let's go!
Once you've completed each workout, you will LEVEL UP and receive your BADGE to earn points. Redeem points for prizes! Every day in the LEVEL UP Program will be structured as shown here or you can MIX it up if you choose! It's very flexible!
